Growth leads to opportunity

Demand for our major services the TIM and the HIP is growing globally, and we are gaining market share. The combined effect leads to a company growth rate of 50% per annum creating opportunities for existing staff and openings for newcomers at graduate, specialist and management levels. We welcome all direct applications, but do not accept any applications from recruitment agencies.

People are at the core of our success

We have an excellent track record in recognising talent and providing employees with new challenges that round out their capabilities and knowledge. You will thrive at youDevise if you want to see your hard work rewarded, enjoy using advanced technology, and like the capital markets.

Graduates enjoy a three-month graduate induction programme that exposes them to multiple business areas. Following the induction they may join developer, support, business analysis, operations, marketing or sales teams depending on their desires and abilities. We also offer internships for outstanding undergraduates who may have an interest in joining youDevise on graduation.

Developers work with leading-edge tools and agile methodologies to build advanced financial applications. Developers are encouraged to research new technologies and contribute to open-source projects, while focusing on business value.

Business analysts apply their understanding of financial markets and technical acumen to gather business requirements, design and test applications, operate live systems, solve problems, and install and customise products.

Client managers and sales staff ensure customers make the most of the services youDevise provides. Whether the task is helping a HIP user to understand the best functions to use for equalisation assets, or a TIM author to make the most of his or her fine performance relative to a benchmark, our client managers and sales teams are the skilled product sponsors who ensure growth benefits the entire user base as well as youDevise.

What we pay you

Remuneration depends on your ability and level of experience. We offer a broad range of benefits to all permanent employees including private healthcare, pension up to 8% of salary, and a bonus representing a profit share distributed to all non-commissioned staff. Client managers and sales people earn uncapped commission rewarding both effective teamwork and individual contribution.

Where you will work

The majority of the team work out of our City offices in London. You may also join one of our overseas offices in client management, sales or support roles.

If you have the right to work in the European Union, that's best for developer roles and other roles based in London. We are willing to sponsor work-permit applications for outstanding developer or graduate applicants who have non-EU citizenship and want to move to London.

Your qualifications

Graduates should have, or be on track to achieve, a first or upper second class degree in a numerate discipline.

For experienced developer hires, we expect three years coding experience (see here).

All other hires should show outstanding ability in their discipline, as well as demonstrating excellent verbal and written communications skills, and strong numerical ability.
