What you do

Work with your colleagues to respond promptly to client requests and interest in your territory. 

Build your knowledge of the way your clients use the service, so you can anticipate their daily, weekly and annual needs. 

Introduce new features and ensure clients are fully able to take advantage of them.  Negotiate renewals and new sales based on the success of the service for the client.
