YOUDEVISE FORMS SUBSIDIARIES IN NEW YORK AND HONG KONG TO SUPPORT GLOBAL GROWTH OF TRADE IDEAS MONITOR

London and New York – 27 May 2008 – youDevise Limited, a leading developer of web-based portfolio workstations for financial markets, today announced the formation of subsidiaries in New York City and Hong Kong to support global growth of the Trade Ideas Monitor (the TIM), the leading alpha capture system providing high-speed communication of equity trade ideas between institutional brokers and their hedge fund and money manager clients. youDevise also announced the expansion of its worldwide client service team.

Frances Tse was named Account Manager in Hong Kong. Ms Tse most recently was Account and Client Services Executive in Hong Kong and Tokyo for the AlphaMetrics unit of FactSet Research Systems, Inc. (NYSE:FDS), which she joined in 2005. Previously, Ms Tse held sales and marketing positions with BFO, a software firm, based in the UK, and IBM Internet Security Systems (NASDAQ: ISSX). Simon Ellis, head of Global Business Development for the TIM, was named in charge of the New York City subsidiary.

In addition, Rikolv Hatlehol-Desai was named Senior Manager for Client Support and Account Management in London. Mr. Hatlehol-Desai most recently was a relationship manager for ITG's (NYSE: ITG) Transaction Cost Analysis product in London, and previously was an account manager for AlphaMetrics. Prior to joining FactSet in 2004, Mr. Hatlehol-Desai was an investment banking analyst in the Debt Capital Markets division of BNP Paribas.

Nearly a third of all participating buy-side firms receive ideas on stocks traded in all three regions -Europe, North America and Asia - from global brokerage firms with local staff as well as an increasing number of local firms based in each of those markets.
